Church Security Consultation

As incidents involving violence at places of worship have increased over the past decade, many churches are recognizing the need to establish a structured and effective security ministry. RYG Tactical's Church Security Consultation Program is designed to help churches move from concept to implementation by providing comprehensive guidance throughout the entire development process—from Point A to Point Z.

Our approach goes beyond security training alone. We believe a church security team is first and foremost a ministry. Therefore, we work with church leadership and team members to establish a biblical foundation that emphasizes servant leadership, stewardship, accountability, and a commitment to protecting the congregation while reflecting Christ-centered values.

The consultation process includes assistance with team formation, organizational structure, policies and procedures, role development, and establishing expectations for commitment and service. Once a foundation is established, we provide in-depth classroom instruction covering legal considerations, situational awareness, emergency response planning, communication, and security best practices. Practical range training is also provided to ensure armed team members possess the skills necessary to safely and effectively perform their responsibilities.

To complete the process, RYG Tactical conducts on-site assessments and operational walkthroughs of the church campus. These evaluations help identify vulnerabilities, strengths, and areas requiring immediate attention while providing realistic recommendations tailored to the facility's unique needs. The result is a comprehensive security ministry development program that equips churches with the tools, training, and confidence necessary to protect their congregation while remaining faithful to their mission and values.
