Most standard homeowners insurance policies do not cover Use of Firearm Incidents. Remember, the most important part of this protection is the payment of legal expenses (attorney’s fees) not home damage.
In what states does FLP offer Protection Plans?
Currently, Firearms Legal Protection offers membership based on your state of residence in Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, and Wyoming. If you purchased a Premium plan, then you are covered in all 50 states if you are in lawful possession of a weapon according to the state law where you are located.
