Liability Waiver & Photo Release Form

Please fill out the following form.

I, the undersigned, understand that when RYGT events involve registration fees, range fees, or other fees, those fees are non-refundable (even if I do not show up for the event) unless RYGT cancels the class. I realize I am signing up for an event that involves personal protection training, which can be unpredictable and dangerous, whether it involves firearms or not. I hereby assume all risks associated with participating in this event. I hold the event organizers completely harmless for any injury, harm, or loss that I might sustain in relation to this event (including monetary expenses, property damage, emotional injury, psychological injury, COVID exposure, physical injury, death, etc.). 

I, the undersigned, hereby grant permission to RYGT, its affiliates, employees, agents, and assigns, to use my photograph, likeness, and/or video footage (the "Images") taken during my participation in events, activities, or other engagements organized by RYGT, for promotional, marketing, educational, and other legitimate purposes related to the organization.
